Generally, industrial-grade blowers can operate continuously for thousands of hours or even longer under standard operating conditions, but the specific duration needs to be evaluated in conjunction with the following factors:

 

Design and Materials: High-quality blowers use high-temperature resistant, wear-resistant materials (such as aluminum alloys and stainless steel) and have optimized heat dissipation structures, which can extend the continuous operating time. For example, centrifugal blowers with aluminum casings typically support 24/7 operation due to their excellent heat dissipation performance.

 

Working Environment: Ambient temperature, dust concentration, and humidity directly affect lifespan. Operating within the nominal temperature control range of -20℃ to 60℃ with good ventilation can extend the lifespan close to the design life (usually over 10,000 hours).

 

Load and Speed: Under constant load (such as a rated speed of 1315 rpm), the motor life is longer; frequent starts and stops or overload will shorten the continuous operating time.

 

Maintenance cycle: Regularly cleaning the bearings and replacing the grease in a blower can increase its continuous working time by more than 30%.
