A blower mainly consists of the following six parts: motor, air filter, blower body, air chamber, base (also serving as an oil tank), and oil drip nozzle. The blower operates by the eccentric rotation of an offset rotor within the cylinder, causing volume changes between the blades in the rotor slots to draw in, compress, and expel air. During operation, the pressure difference of the blower automatically delivers lubricant to the oil drip nozzle, dripping into the cylinder to reduce friction and noise, while also preventing backflow of gas within the cylinder. This type of blower is also known as a vane blower. The blower primarily transports clean air, clean coal gas, sulfur dioxide, and other inert gases. It can also produce and transport other flammable, explosive, corrosive, toxic, and special gases as needed.
