The engine cooling fan is a crucial component of a vehicle's cooling system. The fan's performance directly impacts the engine's heat dissipation, thus affecting engine performance. Traditionally, technicians often select fans through analogy, choosing fans with similar cooling requirements. If analogy is not possible, they consider factors such as fan installation requirements, engine model, and vehicle operating environment. This method lacks specificity, and the matching effect largely depends on the technician's experience. Fans selected in this way often only meet the system's cooling requirements but fail to achieve optimal power consumption.
