The drive motor of an AC axial flow fan is typically a single-phase or three-phase AC asynchronous motor, which directly drives the impeller to rotate via the motor shaft. The impeller design often employs forward or backward curved blades to optimize airflow efficiency and noise control. The outer casing is usually made of metal (such as stainless steel or galvanized steel) or engineering plastics, requiring corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance to adapt to different environmental requirements. The protective mesh cover, as a critical safety component, must use a diamond or circular mesh design to prevent foreign objects from entering while ensuring ventilation efficiency. Its material is usually 304 stainless steel or galvanized iron wire, with a wire diameter typically between 1.5-3mm, and the mesh size must conform to industry standards (such as GB/T 14790-2009).
