Set a Strategy
Customer product research, a set of optimal product solutions will be tailor-made according to customers' requirements, customers can provide target samples, drawings, specifications, instructions and modified suggestions as our reference.

Sample Making
Prototyping and sample delivery, and rapid sample making within three days. If a mold is needed, a mold plan confirmation will be on with the customer, then mold trial and sampling will be proofed.

Sample Confirmation
SZR provides samples for customers' test and confirmation, and then samples are to be signed and sealed.

Signing the Contract
After a contract is signed between both parties, a deposit of no less than 30% of the total contract amount shall be paid by the customer.

Manufacturing
When the contract takes effect, the production schedule number is generated, and production is arranged according to the time stipulated in the contract.

Logistics
After production is completed, the customer will be notified to pay the balance of the contract, negotiate shipment matters, and arrange a logistics express company. After shipment, SZR will provide the tracking number for customer's pursuing.

After-sales Service
After the goods arrive at the customer's designated location, if not satisfied, and there is no obvious artificial damage to the appearance within 7 days, the goods can be replaced. About 15 days after receiving the goods, the after-sales personnel will communicate by phone or other methods to fetch the use of the goods produced under the contract for further understanding the customer's needs. So as to lay a solid foundation of strategic cooperation between the two parties.
