High-RPM Cooling Fan for Industrial Ventilation Systems
SZR's High Speed DC axial fan series is developed for electronic and industrial equipment requiring rapid heat dissipation and continuous airflow circulation. The axial airflow structure enables efficient cooling performance in systems with high thermal density and open-air ventilation layouts.
Airflow Performance
The high-speed blade configuration generates strong linear airflow capable of quickly removing accumulated heat from electronic components and industrial assemblies.
Compared with standard-speed axial fans, the enhanced rotational design improves air volume output and cooling responsiveness under demanding operating conditions. Brushless DC motor technology ensures stable speed control with reduced electrical energy consumption.
Both 12V and 24V DC versions are compatible with industrial automation equipment and communication devices.
Fan Construction
The fan frame adopts reinforced thermoplastic material with excellent mechanical stability and heat resistance.
The aerodynamically optimized impeller reduces airflow turbulence during high-speed rotation while maintaining operational balance. Precision copper winding and durable bearing systems contribute to long-term reliability under continuous-duty environments.
Optional FG signal and PWM intelligent control functions are available for advanced thermal management systems.
